OUR MISSION
Magonis was founded in 2017 as a trans-Mediterranean company combining Catalan creative energy with Italian boatbuilding craft. Based in Barcelona with a production centre in Figueres, Magonis designs elegant, lightweight electric day boats for buyers who want performance and style without fossil fuels. The Wave e-550 is their flagship: an 18-foot runabout that reaches 22 knots and operates freely on inland waterways where combustion engines are banned.
WHY MAGONIS
The Wave e-550 hull is built using vacuum infusion, reducing weight and improving structural integrity compared to conventional hand layup — enabling better range and performance from a given battery size.
Zero direct emissions and full silence allow Magonis boats to operate on protected lakes, urban canals, and restricted maritime areas where petrol or diesel engines are prohibited.
iPad helm control, Fusion surround sound, and wireless smartphone charging are integrated as standard — reflecting the brand's positioning at the intersection of technology and Mediterranean leisure culture.
