Helios Marine Battery System

The Helios Marine Battery System is a modular LiFePO₄ battery solution designed specifically for marine applications. Each 51.2 V module provides 8.96 kWh / 175 Ah and uses blade-cell technology to deliver uniform temperature distribution, strong vibration resistance and reliable performance in demanding marine conditions.

Its stainless-steel IP67 enclosure incorporates a smart Battery Management System and CAN and RS485 connectivity. Helios Marine’s plug-and-play modular architecture allows capacity and voltage to be adapted to different vessels and propulsion requirements, with scalable configurations supporting system voltages of up to 1,000 V.

The battery offers more than 3,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge and continuous charging and discharging rates of up to 2C, making it suitable for electric propulsion systems, new-build vessels and ICE-to-electric conversions.

Helios Marine Battery Systems are available from €600 per kWh, excluding VAT. Each system is configured according to the vessel’s required capacity, voltage and integration needs.
